Pilot Privacy Notice
This notice is prepared for the limited demo-booking pilot and applies to the pilot as updated on October 27, 2026. It covers this sales website, demo bookings and inquiries about Knock Knock Follow Up. It does not replace privacy notices or agreements for a future customer’s website or CRM.

What happens when you inquire
The demo buttons open our HighLevel/LeadConnector booking page. You choose a date and time and provide the contact details requested by the booking form, including name, email, phone and any notes you enter. A booking creates an appointment and contact information in our CRM and supports scheduling through Google Calendar and Google Meet. The website does not offer paid enrollment or checkout. You can also contact us by email; an email link opens your email app and you choose whether to send it.
If you email us, we receive your email address, the contents of your message and any information or attachments you choose to provide. We suggest your name, brokerage, market and plan of interest. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, sensitive identity information or confidential buyer/seller records.
How information is used and handled
We use inquiry and booking information to answer questions, assess service fit, schedule and conduct demonstrations, and manage the related appointment. Booking reserves the selected appointment when the booking page confirms success. It does not purchase a subscription, authorize a charge or enroll you in automated marketing. Calendar confirmation, reminder and third-party invitation emails are disabled for this pilot; save the booking details shown on screen.
The website is hosted through HighLevel/LeadConnector. Our business email uses Google Workspace/Gmail, and Google Calendar and Google Meet support booked demonstrations. These providers process information needed to deliver their services, including website requests, booking records, appointment details, email communications and meeting information needed for scheduling and joining a demonstration. Website requests can include technical information such as IP address, browser information, requested page and request time. We keep booking details in our CRM and connected calendar for handling the appointment and may keep inquiry correspondence in our business email or CRM. Personnel with authorized business access can handle those records.

Website technology and external links
This pilot links to a HighLevel/LeadConnector booking page, which processes the details you submit and may use storage or security checks needed to operate the booking service. The sales page itself has no embedded booking calendar, payment checkout or advertising pixel added by Knock Knock Media. The hosting platform may process technical logs and use browser storage for operating and securing its services. Browser controls let you inspect, block or clear cookies and site storage; doing so may affect website features.
Following an external link or sending email involves the destination provider or your email provider under its own terms and privacy practices.
Retention, access and requests
We retain inquiry correspondence and booking records for handling inquiries and appointments, subsequent discussions you request, and relevant business, security or recordkeeping needs. The appropriate period depends on the purpose, whether discussions remain active, and applicable requirements. This pilot does not promise a fixed deletion date or immediate removal from provider backups.
Email [email protected] to request access, correction or deletion of information you provided, ask how it is handled, or ask us to stop nonessential follow-up. We may need to verify your identity. Required recordkeeping, other people’s information and provider backup processes may limit a request.
No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Future services and changes
Paid enrollment, recordings, automated marketing programs and customer CRM services are outside this pilot experience. Online demo booking is enabled as described above. Their applicable information handling, permissions and agreements will be reviewed before they are introduced. We will update this notice if the pilot’s practices change.
